Yellow Mellow

1. Light Blue Blazer (link here) - £3.99
2. (Similar) New Look Black Gingham Contrast Sleeve T - Shirt (link here) - £14.99
3. Boohoo Tianna Box Pleat Colour Pop Skater Skirt (link here) - £10.00
4. Daisy Street Kaylin Patent Cut - Out T - Bar Shoes in Yellow (link here) - £14.99

I am absolutely loving my new yellow T - bar shoes from Daisy Street, very SS14. Firstly, what a bargain the light blue blazer is at £3.99?! I bought it from an online E-bay store from China. It did take a while to get here, but it was so worth it. I am wearing my Topshop Gingham T-shirt. Unfortunately, it has sold out online, however, I managed to find an alternative from New Look which is very similar. I feel the Gingham Print breaks up the pastel colours. I wore the Tianna Pop Skater Skirt and I was dying for a pinky coloured shade and this came in store a few weeks ago and I just had to snap it up. The shoes will be featured in many of my outfits throughout SS14 I'm sure!

Until next time,

Feeling like a Marshmallow

(My dog jumped up at me with dirty paws in the last photo, luckily he did it after the photos were taken!)
1. Missguided Lilih Sweatshirt in Pastels (link here) - £19.99
2. Topshop Petite Mini Gingham Leggings (link here) - £22.00
3. (Similar) Ronya Oversized Boyfriend Coat (link here) - £40.00
4. (Similar) Pretty Little Thing Mia Red Patent Creeper (link here) - £8.00

I am most definitely feeling like a cross between a Marshmallow and a Dolly Mixture sweet today. As the weather is slowly deteriorating yet again (typical British weather), I thought I would add a little colour to the world and go all out. I have got the pink coat out again after putting it towards the back of my coat rail as the weather WAS warming up, but hey, this is the UK after all. The coat I am wearing is from Dresslily has sold out, but I managed to find a similar version on Boohoo, however, it is a little pricier than what I had paid for the coat I own.
Last week, Missguided had free postage on all orders, so I just had to make an order. I had my beady eye on this pastel jumper for a while now but I am on a tight budget at the moment, so I'm trying to only buy clothes which are on sale, have a discount or free postage. So, you can imagine how happy I was to see that Missguided had free postage available. I am in love with this jumper. It just screams SS14 all over. I love all the variations of pastel colours it has and I think the pocket is adorable. I paired this jumper with a pair of Gingham leggings from Topshop. I have had these for a while now and get plenty of wear from them. However, I would advise to get a size smaller as they do come up a little big on the legs as I have to roll the hems up and these are petite length! However, at only £22.00 how can you refuse?! I personally think the leggings pair well with the jumper. Lastly, I added a pair of red patent brogues/creepers. I always get complimented on these and always get asked where they are from but unfortunately, I bought them three years ago and they have sold out where I purchased them and I can't seem to see them anywhere else, but I love them! They go with anything and they inject abit of a darker effect to this outfit.
After these pictures were taken, my dog decided to jump up at me and put his dirty paws on my clothes but luckily this was after the photos were taken....just!

Fluffy and Leather

Ette Candyfloss Crop Tee (link here) - £16.00
Leather Mini Skirt - Ebay
Dreslily Oversized Boyfriend Coat (link here) - £24.40
Dr. Martens Boots (link here) - £100

Sorry for the snap happy pictures!
I love my oversized pink coat I purchased from Dresslily last month and at the price of £24.40, I thought it was a total bargain! I am currently trying to get as much wear as I can out of it before the Winter season comes to a close. I paired the coat up with a fluffy crop tee from Ette. This is the first crop top I have EVER purchased and I love this one! It's a gorgeous colour and snug fit. It can also be worn for any time of the year. I am wearing a mini leather skirt which I purchased in February 2013 from Ebay. Lastly, I am wearing my customised Dr. Martens. I had originally bought them as a plain black pair but I saw someone selling a galaxy printed pair of Dr. Martens and they stated they were open to requests, so I sent my Docs to the seller and they turned them into a galaxy heaven! This was over three years ago now and I love them!

I'm hoping the weather will continue to get better so I can wear my summer clothes!
P.S please check out the Veuxdoo banner on the right hand side of my blog, they have some lovely gems. They also have 50% off all clothing until Sunday, just use the code 'WEEKEND50' for a bargain!

Until next time,

Feeling Peachy

Hello guys! I'm still in my pastel lovin' world and yes, todays' post is about another pastel outfit. As I keep saying, pastel pieces are starting to become a must for SS14. They are also summery colours and can really brighten up a wardrobe. I apologise for my whiteness/pasty complex, I only use fake tan for nights out and I am sure you can appreciate that we are awaiting the summer season and the sun. I must state that I did not go out in the outfit below, I only wore it for these photos to express other ideas in regards to pastel pieces.

Peach/Coral T - shirt - E - bay - Seller found here
ASOS Petite Exclusive Shorts With Mesh Insert £28 - Found here
River Island Black Block Heel Gladiator Sandals £40 - Found here

I really like this peach top as I feel it suits my complexion colour and it can be worn  with anything. It also has a summery vibe about it. I purchased this top from E - bay and from a seller who lists many pastel items and other gems frequently and at affordable prices. Their E - bay profile is listed here. I paired this top with a pair of light blue shorts from ASOS. These shorts are available with a matching t - shirt which I also own, so they can be worn as a matching set. Matching T - shirt found here (I will be doing a matching set blog post very soon!). These shorts have a mesh insert detail which I was unsure about at first but when they arrived I loved them, all I need now is some summer weather to be able to wear them. I think these shorts go well with the top and they are super flattering. I thought they were a reasonable price also at £28. I paired this outfit with my block sandals from River Island. I bagged these shoes in September 2013 in a sale and they quickly sold out, however, they are back in stock but I'm sure they will be gone soon due to high demand, so grab your pair quick :)! They are a great finish to a girlie yet affordable outfit.

Until next time,
